Besan (Gram Flour)

Besan, also called gram flour or chana flour, has a nutty chickpea flavour and a fine texture that works in batters, dough and sweets.

Best for: pakoras, chilla, kadhi, ladoo, barfi, batters and traditional cooking. Add liquid gradually when mixing to control the thickness and reduce lumps.

Ingredient: ground chana dal or chickpeas; confirm the exact source on the pack.
