Dried rose petals, also called gulab patti, add floral aroma, colour and delicate texture to drinks and desserts. Use only petals from a batch labelled edible or food-grade.

Best for: tea, desserts, baking, syrups and food garnish. Crush lightly for blends or leave whole for decoration.
