Rolled Barley Porridge

Rolled barley makes a hearty porridge with a pleasantly chewy texture and mild grain flavour. It works in both sweet breakfast bowls and savoury preparations.

Best for: warm porridge, milk-based breakfast bowls, savoury grain bowls and soups. Cook with water or milk according to the pack directions, then add fruit, nuts, spices or savoury toppings.
