Kalonji Seed Powder

Kalonji seed powder is made from finely ground Nigella sativa seeds. Its bitter, peppery and lightly smoky flavour is distinctive, so a small amount goes a long way.

Best for: naan and roti dough, curries, pickles, chutneys and homemade spice blends. Stir it into food gradually and adjust to taste.

Ingredient: ground kalonji seeds.

Storage: Reseal after use and keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
