If the item arrives damaged, leaked, or defective

If you’re not completely satisfied
As long as no more than 10% has been used and the product is in its original packaging, you can send it back for a refund or replacement.
Refund processing time
Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
